Are the spare parts used genuine and certified?
Absolutely. We use only 100% genuine, ISI-certified spare parts from authorized suppliers. We never use duplicate or low-quality parts in any service, as your family's health is our top priority.
What is the warranty on the service?
Every repair service comes with a 90-day warranty. If the same problem occurs within 90 days of service, we will fix it completely free of charge — no questions asked.
Is there any advance payment to book a service?
No advance payment is required to book a service. Payment is done only after the service is completed and you are fully satisfied. We accept cash, UPI, card and net banking.
How do I know when to change my RO filters?
Generally, pre-filters (sediment & carbon) should be replaced every 6 months, the RO membrane every 1–2 years, and UV lamps annually. However, this depends on your water usage and quality. Our technician can assess your system and advise accordingly.
Do you provide service in small towns and villages?
We primarily focus on major cities and towns across India, but we also provide spare parts delivery pan India. For smaller areas, you can order parts online and our team will guide you through installation over a video call.
