By accessing our website, calling our helpline, submitting a service request, registering on our platform, or allowing our technicians to visit your premises, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or acting with the consent of a guardian
• You have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organisation
• All information provided by you is accurate, current, and complete
• You agree to abide by these Terms and all applicable laws of India

Zavtoo Paani Filter Pvt Ltd provides the following services across Delhi NCR:

• RO Repair & Servicing — Diagnosis and repair of all makes and models of RO water purifiers
• Membrane Replacement — Replacement of RO membranes with genuine or compatible parts
• Filter & Cartridge Replacement — Sediment, carbon, and other filter changes
• New RO Installation — Complete installation of new water purifiers at home or office
• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) — Scheduled maintenance visits under fixed annual packages
• Spare Parts Supply — Sale of original and compatible spare parts for all major brands
• Water Quality Testing — Basic TDS and quality testing at the customer's premises

The following conditions apply to all service bookings:

• Service requests can be made via phone call, WhatsApp, or our website registration form
• Bookings are subject to technician availability in your area
• We aim to provide same-day or next-day service, though this cannot be guaranteed during peak periods or in remote areas
• A confirmed booking time is an estimated slot — actual arrival may vary by ±1–2 hours depending on traffic and prior service calls
• Customers must ensure an adult (18+) is present at the premises during the service visit
• Access to clean water, electricity, and the installation point must be available for the technician

Our pricing is transparent and competitive. The following terms apply:

• A service visit charge may apply regardless of whether a repair is carried out. This will be communicated before the visit is confirmed.
• All prices quoted are inclusive of labour unless stated otherwise. Parts are charged separately at actuals.
• Prices for spare parts (membranes, filters, pumps, etc.) are subject to market rates and may vary.
• Payment is due at the time of service completion unless a prior credit arrangement has been agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), and bank transfers.
• A detailed invoice/receipt will be provided for all paid services.

* Above prices are indicative. Final charges depend on brand, model, and parts required. A firm quote will be provided before work begins.

We stand behind our work with the following guarantees:

• Labour Warranty: All repair work carried out by our technicians carries a 30-day service warranty. If the same issue recurs within this period, we will revisit and rectify at no additional labour charge.
• Parts Warranty: Genuine spare parts supplied by us carry a manufacturer warranty of 3 to 12 months depending on the part. Compatible/third-party parts carry a 30-day warranty.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage caused by power fluctuations, misuse, tampering by unauthorised persons, force majeure, or issues unrelated to the original service.

AMC plans are available for residential and commercial customers. The following terms apply:

• AMC plans are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-transferable
• The number of scheduled visits included is specified in the plan purchased (typically 2–4 visits per year)
• AMC covers routine servicing and filter changes as per the plan. Major repairs and parts replacement are charged separately unless explicitly included in a comprehensive AMC
• Visits must be scheduled by the customer during the AMC validity period. Unused visits do not carry forward or entitle any refund
• AMC is applicable to a single unit at a single address unless a multi-unit plan is purchased
• We reserve the right to revise AMC rates at renewal. Existing contracts are honoured at the agreed price

We aim to be fair and transparent in all cancellation and refund matters:

• Service Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel a booked service at any time before the technician departs for your location without any charge. Cancellations after the technician is en route may attract a nominal visit charge.
• Cancellation by Us: If we cancel a confirmed booking due to technician unavailability or operational reasons, no charges will be levied and we will reschedule at a time convenient to you.
• Refund on Parts: Spare parts that have been installed are non-refundable. Uninstalled/unused parts in original condition may be returned within 7 days for a full refund.
• AMC Refunds: AMC fees are non-refundable once any visit has been availed. If no visits have been used within 30 days of purchase, a refund of 80% of the AMC fee may be issued upon written request.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your RO model, complaint, and address at the time of booking
• Ensure a responsible adult is present at the time of the technician's visit
• Provide a safe working environment for our technicians, including access to electricity and water supply
• Not request or encourage our technicians to use substandard or non-genuine parts
• Pay agreed charges promptly upon completion of service
• Not hold Zavtoo Paani Filter responsible for pre-existing damage to equipment that is unrelated to our service
• Treat our technicians with respect — any abusive behaviour will result in immediate termination of the service visit

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Zavtoo Paani Filter Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services
• Our total liability for any claim arising from a service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific service
• We are not liable for damage to property (walls, pipes, countertops, etc.) resulting from pre-existing poor installation conditions that were not disclosed to the technician prior to commencement of work
• We are not responsible for the quality of tap water, TDS levels, or contamination from sources beyond the RO unit itself
• The company's website is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular purpose

All content on the Zavtoo Paani Filter website — including logos, brand name, text, images, service descriptions, and design elements — is the exclusive property of Zavtoo Paani Filter Pvt Ltd and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from our website without prior written permission from us. Unauthorised use of our brand name, logo, or content may result in legal action.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India .

Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably through direct communication. Customers are encouraged to contact us first at Paanifilter9@gmail.com to resolve any grievances.

Zavtoo Paani Filter Pvt Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent update.
